Key Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor on residential and commercial demolition job sites
• Remove debris, rubble, and materials to maintain clean and organized work areas
• Assist operators, skilled trades, and crew members as needed
• Safely operate and handle hand tools and power tools
• Complete detailed final clean-up of work areas, including surfaces, fixtures, and flooring
• Properly handle, store, and secure materials, tools, and equipment daily
• Follow all safety protocols and immediately report hazards or unsafe conditions
• Maintain constant awareness of surroundings to ensure a clean and safe job site

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
• No prior experience required — we provide training for motivated and coachable individuals
• Previous construction, demolition, or job site cleaning experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift 50–70+ pounds regularly
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to work around heavy equipment and active job sites
• Comfortable climbing ladders, working on lifts, and using scaffolding
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times

Job sites are located throughout Massachusetts. Applicants must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel as needed.
